President’s Message:
Happy New Year!
Our hectic holiday season has now passed. With several weeks of winter ahead, we as dahlia growers and exhibitors, have the opportunity to get a first hand look at our 2014 New Introductions from our commercial growers. There are several good commercial growers with excellent tubers. It is always fun to experiment with new varieties and best of all win a ribbon with your personal choice of a not so common variety. At our New Member Program there will be helpful information on Classification System and Ordering from commercial growers. You can always be guaranteed you will learn “something” from our programs.
We will be having our regular business meeting, raffle and of course our refreshments.
Hopefully, you can attend and enjoy a Sunday afternoon with dahlia friends.

Possible Meeting Cancellation due to weather:
To determine if there will be a cancellation of the meeting, call either Marge or Donna. We will decide by 11:00 am on that day if we will cancel or not.

Membership in the ADS is for a calendar year, January to December, so please send those in NOW!
